All guides
Furniture transport
A new purchase or furniture between addresses.
We choose a vehicle based on dimensions and agree in advance who will carry, load and bring the furniture upstairs.
Protect the surfaces
Glass, edges and delicate finishes need suitable protection. Wrap and other packing materials can be arranged in advance.
Dismantling furniture
Tell us if a wardrobe, bed or table must be dismantled to pass through doors, stairs or the lift.
A parcel service or a dedicated van?
A small dismantled item may suit a parcel service if the packaged load meets the chosen product's conditions. When checked on 9 October 2026, PPL Balík pro tebe listed limits of 100 × 50 × 50 cm and 31.5 kg. These apply to that product, not every PPL service. Before booking, check packaging, permitted contents, declared value and current restrictions directly with the provider.
When to consider direct furniture transport
For an assembled sofa, a large wardrobe or several items, compare packaged dimensions, item count, required help and access to the apartment. Parcel delivery does not automatically include carrying furniture upstairs or assembly. Cargo-taxi assistance can be agreed for the particular job. Compare complete quotes covering the same work; a parcel and a dedicated van are different services. Nabytax does not claim a partnership with PPL.
